Educational use only
Content and tools are provided for general education and are not individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, medical, or accounting advice. The Wealth Level does not act as your fiduciary, financial adviser, broker, accountant, attorney, or insurance agent.
Calculations and decisions
Calculations are estimates based on the inputs and simplified assumptions you choose. Tax rules, investment returns, inflation, benefits, costs, laws, and personal circumstances can change. Actual results can differ materially. You are responsible for checking inputs, confirming important facts with appropriate professionals, and making your own decisions.
Optional Cockpit accounts
The Cockpit works in device-only mode by default. An optional account uses your email address and a one-time code to authenticate you and can synchronize the Cockpit copy you select when My Cockpit is opened on a signed-in device. You are responsible for providing an email address you control, protecting access to that email and your devices, keeping one-time codes private, and signing out on shared devices.
Your data and backups
You are responsible for the information you enter and must have the right to use it. Do not enter bank-login credentials, financial-account numbers, Social Security numbers, or unlawful content. Browser data can be lost if storage is cleared or a browser or device becomes unavailable. Sync is a convenience, not a guaranteed backup service. Download a copy of information you need to preserve.
Availability and changes
The site, accounts, email codes, storage, and synchronization may occasionally be delayed, interrupted, unavailable, changed, or discontinued. We may maintain, secure, limit, suspend, or terminate features or accounts when reasonably necessary, including to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or service-provider changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent preservation of data.
Signing out and deletion
Signing out hides the account workspace on that browser and returns to any device-only work saved before sign-in. Clearing saved browser data removes local work and local account access but does not delete synced account data. Deleting an account and synced data is intended to be permanent after the request succeeds and leaves the current Cockpit as a device-only copy; it does not delete messages previously sent through the contact form or email. Limited provider backups, security logs, or records required by law may remain for the periods described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Wealth Level™, its framework, original content, branding, and tools are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material.
Limitation of liability
You are responsible for decisions made using the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wealth Level is not liable for losses arising from reliance on content or tools, inaccurate inputs, unavailable service, failed synchronization, loss of browser or account data, or unauthorized access outside its reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
Features and terms may change over time. The effective date will change when material revisions are made. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms.
